So you want to throw your little son or daughter a party? Or maybe a favorite nephew or niece requires celebration. Whatever the occasion when you make this you’re gonna make him or her so happy! Okay, we got you covered. Check out our Lego inspired Lego + Blue Shark Parfait! It is made with yummy yogurt and crystalized blue glitter candy, blue gummy sharks, Lego candies, and fresh blueberries. All the things a growing boy needs, right?! Well, partly! This is a totally fun dessert or snack creation young boys (or girls- we have only boys here) everywhere will enjoy, well, unless they’re really aliens from another world and they hate the color blue! YIKES! Hopefully, that’s not the case, but if it is, we aren’t judging. NOPE! No way! Okay, are you ready to make this?

The idea started when I was checking out the candy scene at our local Horrock’s greengrocer and I came upon these puppies. I wasn’t sure what I was going to make with them but I grabbed them anyway. I am sure there’s a lesson in seizing the moment.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
• 1 1/2 crystalized blue rock sugar
• 5 blue gummy stars
• 6 blue gummy sharks
• Lego sweet tart candies

Directions on how to make a Lego Parfait

1. Smear a thin mixture of blue sugar and yogurt on the inside of the glass.
2. In the bottom of a serving glass add blueberries, add a layer of yogurt, then add more blueberries, top with yogurt, blue stars, sharks, blueberries and Lego candies.
3. Serve.

This is such a fun kid’s dessert to make for little or big boy on your nice list!
