Enjoying brunch or breakfast at home is the new trend. We’re sharing a delicious brunch recipe for you to try: English Muffin Salmon Sliders.

We’re using Dave’s Killer Bread’s new English muffins for this brunch grazing board.

Herb Salmon Sliders for brunch

English Muffin Salmon Sliders Board

When it comes to food, I love purchasing items that taste good, are versatile, and are good for my family and me.

Dave’s Killer Bread checks off all the boxes because they’ve gone and out-muffined themselves this time. Get it? LOL!

For your information, not all English muffins are created equal.

It’s true, and I know this because I’ve tasted Dave’s Killer Bread Killer Classic English Muffins, and they’re not your granny’s English muffins.

Nothing against grannies, but these Dave’s Killer Bread English muffins are legit!

For starters, Dave’s Killer Bread’s new English muffins are, among other things, Certified-USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified.

Basically, that’s fancy talk for wholesome goodness.

These English muffins are made without bleached flour or high-fructose corn syrup.

The vibe I’m getting is good things in, better-tasting out. It seems right to me!

Dave’s Killer Bread’s new English muffins are organic, taste incredible, and look- those nooks and crannies are perfect for catching cream cheese, melting butter, and your favorite jams and preserves.

Brunch At Home Is The Next Best Thing

We love a good brunch, and since this seems to be the summer of staying at home, we’re enjoying brunch more often in the comforts of our home.

We’ve worked hard the past few months to create a one-of-a-kind retreat, and the effort has been worth it.

With soft playing music in the background and the sounds of nature all around us, we can sit on our deck and enjoy these delicious English Muffin Salmon Sliders in peace.

There’s also peace of mind knowing everything on this grazing board is delicious, and we’re getting our essential nutrients.

English Muffins on a white plate

I’m using Dave’s Killer Bread’s Killer Classic English Muffins, with 8g whole grains per muffin, to make my Salmon Sliders with buttery ghee, avocado aioli, eggs, thick-cut bacon, and herb-roasted salmon.

The versatility of these classic English muffins means they can be remixed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What You Will Need

English Muffins. Before you reach for the run-of-the-mill English muffins, I highly recommend Dave’s Killer Bread Killer Classic English Muffins. Not only do these English muffins taste good, but the new packaging is designed to keep the English muffins fresh, which naturally means they’re better tasting, with that classic English muffin texture.

Salmon. You can prepare salmon any way you want: grilled, pan-fried, or baked. I cooked our salmon in the oven and shared the recipe below.

Bacon. Thick-cut bacon is hard to go wrong with, and for this recipe, I made a King’s Ransom worth! Alternative options include turkey bacon or vegan bacon.

Eggs. You can prepare eggs any way you want. Fry, scramble, or poach them—it’s 100% up to you!

Avocado Aioli. I don’t know about you, but homemade aioli is the icing on these English-muffin sliders, and you can find the recipe below.

Vegetables. For fresh veggies, I used cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, tri-colored peppers, red onions, and all the fresh sweet basil from our garden.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs filet of Salmon
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh lemon-thyme or English thyme
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh savory
  • 6-8 large sweet basil leaves
  • Kosher salt to taste

prepping salmon

Directions:

  3. Brush both sides of the salmon with extra virgin olive oil and season with Old Bay seasoning, Kosher salt, and freshly cracked black peppercorns.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lay the rosemary, thyme, and savory sprigs on the foil. Place the salmon (skin-side down) on top, then layer the basil leaves and remaining herbs over the salmon.
  5. Place the salmon on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and use for salmon sliders.

Brunch sliders on English Muffins

Once you’ve made your homemade avocado basil aioli, cooked the salmon, and prepped all the veggies for your sliders, it’s time to assemble your sliders.

Assemble by spooning the avocado aioli onto Dave’s Killer Bread English muffins, adding eggs, bacon, red onion, and sliced cucumbers.

Feel free to add grape tomatoes and fresh basil to your salmon slider.
