1 Essential You Need Before Taking Your Dog On A Road Trip | Hiking | Walking

As pet owners, we want to keep our fur babies as safe and happy as possible, right? If you agree, then this one will be an easy one. When I go on a road trip, or out on the trail, I like to bring my dogs along with me. I love the extra companionship, but I also love to take them on adventures of discovery. Our 4-month-old Labradoodle, whom we affectionately call Chance, is a loveable, energetic, and curious doggy soul. And he loves hitting the nature trails with me. New sights, sounds, and smells are just a few of his favorite things.  Recently, I took him to Delta River and introduced Chance to one of my favorite trails. This trail cuts through rustic woods lined with cornfields, milkweed, and goldenrod. Towering overhead we’re shaded by old oaks, elms and the dead standing snags host a few woodpeckers tapping in their staccato fashion, like smallish feathered jackhammers echoing a sporadic rhythm.

Chance is ready to hit the trails, and it’s the perfect Michigan fall day.

Having the right gear when you are away from home is important because you never what you’ll run into out on the trail. What’s better than hiking the woods with man’s best friend? What’s better is knowing you have got some basic first aid essentials.

The Pups & Peeps Road Combo Pack is stocked with lots of useful items. This is a one-of-a-kind pack that has essential supplies to ensure that both people and puppies are safe when mishaps like emergencies happen on the road and out on the trail. For the people in the car, there are necessary first-aid items like a handy headlamp with batteries, a seat belt cutter and windshield breaker, a stainless steel multipurpose tool, and a lot more. For the puppies, there’s a treat bag (you supply the treats), a dog first-aid kit, a heavy-duty leash, and pop-up water bowl, poop bags, and one of my favorite items, a water-resistant red spotlight to light up your dog’s collar.

The Get Ready Now’s Pups & Peeps Road Combo Pack is unlike any other vehicle accessory or travel and outdoor essential on the market.  The packs are waterproof,  clear and the gear and supplies are ready to use with batteries installed.  When time is of the essence, having everything ready to use makes all the difference! Other vehicle kits provide tools to take care of the car – not yourself and your dog!

First Aid Essentials for Dogs

Everything ready to use … batteries installed, no unwrapping.  Ready when time is of the essence. And the bag is heavy-duty, waterproof and clear. Now, all I need is my dog, and we’re ready to head out on an adventure.
