Vegan Veggie + Hummus Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 1 tostada
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Sabra Hummus
  • 1/2 cup mixed salad greens chopped
  • 1/3 teaspoon green onion minced
  • 1 medium yellow banana peppers thinly sliced into rings
  • 1/4 medium cucumber thinly sliced with the outer skin removed
  • 1/4 sweet red pepper thinly sliced julienned
  • sprig of fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Prepare all veggies and set aside.
  • Spread hummus on one side of a toasted tostada.
  • Top with green onion, chopped salad greens, cucumber, sweet red peppers, banana peppers, and a sprig of cilantro.
  • Done and serve!
