Spicy Tuna Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 12 ounce cans of solid albacore tuna
  • 2 green onions sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup parsley minced
  • 2 teaspoons diced pimiento
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonaise
  • 2 tablespoons French’s® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 6 semi-soft boiled eggs cut in half
  • Fresh lettuce
  • Fresh Swiss chard
  • sea salt + fresh black cracked peppercorns

Instructions

  • Drain tuna, spoon it into a medium-sized bowl, add green onions, parsley, pimento, mayonnaise, Spicy Brown Mustard, cayenne ground pepper, and sea salt, and freshly cracked black peppercorns. Mix well. Adjust ingredients for taste.
  • Pull apart fresh lettuce leaves and Swiss chard, then arrange them on a plate.
  • Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoon of the Spicy Tuna Salad onto the lettuce and Swiss Chard center.
  • Add additional toppings like halved grape tomatoes, diced English cucumber, French's Crispy Fried Onions, and a quarter of a hard-boiled egg.
  • Serve.
