Blueberry Smash Tea Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Hibiscus blueberry tea bags
  • 1 heaping tablespoon blueberry smash
  • 2 muddles mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ice
  • orange slice
  • a sprig of fresh mint

Instructions

  • Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker to release oils, add honey and one cup of chilled hibiscus blueberry tea, add blueberry smash, and top with a cup of ice cubes.
  • Secure the lid of the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for thirty seconds.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with pebble ice, top with a spoonful of blueberry smash.
  • Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of fresh mint. 
  • Serve.
