Melt the white candy melts in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Pour the melted white candy onto the spread-out milk chocolate candy. Use a toothpick to swirl them together lightly.
Melt the pink candy melts in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Pour the melted pink candy onto the spread-out milk chocolate candy and white chocolate candy. Use a toothpick to swirl them together lightly.
Working quickly before the candy sets, sprinkle the mini chocolate eggs (both the chopped and whole), mini marshmallows, and sprinkles on top of the candy.
Let the candy set before breaking it into pieces.
