Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz container marinated mozzarella balls
  • 4-6 small pre-made pizza crusts
  • 1 4 oz package pepperoni
  • 1 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  • Preparation
Slice each pizza crust into thirds, then slice those slices into thirds again creating pizza crust squares.
Position the crust on one side of the skewer.
Add a pepperoni slice, mozzarella ball, and continue the pattern until the skewer is full.
Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
    How to Assemble Pizza Kabobs

Grab your toothpicks and start by cookie cutting your pizza crust in wide strips. You want it to be a similar size to the pepperoni. I find using a circle cookie cutter worked great but any shape works.
Place your pizza crust on the toothpick, then layer on the first ingredient pepperoni, then cheese, the do crust, pepperoni, and cheese. Repeat till your toothpick is full.
Next, place the kabobs in the lunch box, and then in a separate compartment or container add your pizza sauce.

Notes

Equipment needed:
short wooden skewers or toothpicks (kid-friendly) or pizza skewers
bento lunchbox (optional)
