How to make a Brown Sugar Latte

If you love iced coffee, this Brown Sugar Latte is just what you need to get your coffee + brown sugar kick in one cup.

Ingredients

  • crushed ice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of brown sugar syrup
  • 1/2 cup of chilled espresso or cold-brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup of whatever kind of milk you like

Instructions

  • Fill the serving glass with crushed or pebbled ice. 
  • Pour in brown sugar syrup and chilled espresso or cold-brew coffee.
  • Add creamer or your milk preference.
  • Top with as much Dalgona coffee as you like.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

How to make Cinnamon Dalgona Coffee
*Adding a bit of cinnamon will lessen the bitterness typically associated with Dalgona coffee
The key to making a good Dalgona coffee is making sure all three ingredients are equal. 
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons espresso instant coffee
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar 
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions:
  1. Into a measuring cup, add the espresso instant coffee, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and hot water.
  2. Mix using a hand mixer fitted with one beater.
  3. Blend the ingredients on medium-high until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. 
  4. Spoon on top of your iced latte.
