Homemade Blueberry Smash

1 cup of ripe blueberries (We love using North Bay Produce Blueberries)
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of cold water
2 lemon wedges or two tablespoons of fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
Directions:
Add blueberries, granulated sugar, water, two wedges of lemon, and a sprig or two of fresh rosemary into a saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a low boil for five minutes, then transfer to the cool side of the stovetop.
Place a tight-fitting lid over the pan and allow the mixture to steep for ten to fifteen minutes.
Store in a Mason-jar style glass or mixing glass to cool.
Our blueberry smash can be kept in a properly sealed jar for two weeks in the fridge.
