Valentine’s Day Chocolate Covered Oreos

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo Cookies about 40 cookies
  • 1 package 1 lb, 8 ounces of White Chocolate Almond Bark (vanilla or chocolate)
  • Sprinkles optional
  • Gel Food Coloring if you want to dye the chocolate. I used 3 drops of neon pink

Instructions

  • Heat the chocolate almond bark according to the package directions. Most melting wafers require you to melt the chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally.
    Dip the Oreos one at a time into the melted chocolate. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
    Place the dipped Oreos on a sheet pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Make sure to add any sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
    Allow the Oreos to set fully before transferring them to an airtight container. Store in the fridge or at room temperature for up to two days.
