Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Fresh salmon doesn't require rinsing. But if the salmon isn't 100% fresh, go ahead and rinse the salmon under cold water and pat dry using a paper towel.
Brush both sides of the salmon with extra virgin olive oil, and season with Old Bay seasoning, Kosher salt, and freshly cracked black peppercorns.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the salmon skin-side down on the top half of the herbs and the remaining herbs on top of the salmon.
Place the salmon on the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and use for salmon sliders.
