Greek Yogurt Marinated Chicken

- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley minced and divided
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill minced and divided
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice about one lemon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
Stir the Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of divided minced parsley, 2 tablespoons of divided minced dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Place chicken thighs in a large Ziploc bag and pour marinade in. Let marinate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the chicken in the air fryer, skin down, for 12 minutes. Then cook the skin up for another 8-10 minutes. Check the chicken's internal temperature to ensure it is thoroughly cooked. It should read a minimum of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once done cooking, garnish with remaining fresh parsley and fresh dill.
