Emerald Isle Cocktail
Our Emerald Isle Cocktail is a blend of apple-flavored rum, blue Curacao, sour apple liqueur, melon liqueur, and a splash of lemon-lime soda.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce of apple-flavored rum
- 1 ounce of blue Curacao
- 1/2 ounce of sour apple pucker
- 1/2 ounce of melon liqueur
- top with chilled lemon-lime soda
Instructions
- Add ice to a cocktail mixing glass, 1 ounce of apple-flavored rum, 1 ounce of blue Curacao, 3/4 ounce sour apple liqueur, and 1/2 ounce of melon liqueur.
- Stir vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a chilled lemon-lime soda.
- Serve with a wedge of cut lime.
