Directions

Taking one Hershey's Kiss, apply a very small amount of frosting to the flat bottom. Gently press the frosting the center of the flat side of a Vanilla Wafer.

Using one Butterscotch Chip, dab a very small amount of frosting onto the flat bottom and then press gently onto the center of the rounded side of the Vanilla Water.
