Peppermint Bark Recipe

Ingredients

  • 11 oz White Baking Chips I used Ghirardelli
  • 11 oz Milk Chocolate Baking Chips I used Ghirardelli
  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 12 Candy Canes

Instructions

  • Place Candy Canes in a Food Processor and crush them.
  • Line sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt Milk Chocolate in the microwave by heating at 50% for 1 minute and stirring until smooth.
  • Pour milk chocolate into the pan and level.
  • Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Melt White Chocolate in the microwave by heating at 50% for 1 minute and stirring until smooth.
  • Add Peppermint extract to white chocolate.
  • Pour white chocolate into the pan and level.
  • Pour crushed peppermint over white chocolate.
  • Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
