Place Candy Canes in a
Food Processor and crush them.
Line sheet with parchment paper.
Melt Milk Chocolate in the microwave by heating at 50% for 1 minute and stirring until smooth.
Pour milk chocolate into the pan and level.
Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Melt White Chocolate in the microwave by heating at 50% for 1 minute and stirring until smooth.
Add Peppermint extract to white chocolate.
Pour white chocolate into the pan and level.
Pour crushed peppermint over white chocolate.
Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
