In a skillet add a tablespoon of olive oil, when skillet is hot add sections of quartered flour tortillas and brown on both sides.
Place browned tortillas on a plate with paper towel. When all flour tortillas are brown and crisp, set aside and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Brown ground beef and drain off excess grease, add Bold Manwich and stir well until meat and Manwich are combined. Set on low heat to keep warm. (Manwich has no meat!)
In a food processor add one (1) package of cream cheese. 1/2 cup of Mexican shredded cheese and the flesh from one (1) avocado and pulse until smooth, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pulse again.
In a skillet add a 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, when oil is hot blister quartered sections of peppers. Place on a plate with paper towel. Set aside. (always remember to wash hands with soapy water after handling peppers)
Place mixture in small bowl. Set aside.
Arrange crispy tortilla nachos on a plate and spoon Manwich seasoned ground beef over nachos.
