Hard Blackberry & Rosé Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Knob Creek Bourbon
  • 1 ounce Blackberry Simple Syrup
  • 3 ounces Articus Pinot Noir
  • Rosé
  • Fresh Sprig of Lemon Thyme
  • Crushed Ice

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker muddle an inch of lemon thyme, add bourbon, blackberry simple syrup, Pinot Noir
  • Rosé
  • , and crushed ice.
  • Secure the lid of the cocktail shaker and shake what your mama gave you for 30 seconds.
  • Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled wine glass or champagne flute filled with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a fresh sprig of lemon thyme.
  • Serve.
