Hard Blackberry & Rosé Cocktail

- 1 ounce Knob Creek Bourbon
- 1 ounce Blackberry Simple Syrup
- 3 ounces Articus Pinot Noir
- Rosé
- Fresh Sprig of Lemon Thyme
- Crushed Ice
In a cocktail shaker muddle an inch of lemon thyme, add bourbon, blackberry simple syrup, Pinot Noir
Rosé
, and crushed ice.
Secure the lid of the cocktail shaker and shake what your mama gave you for 30 seconds.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled wine glass or champagne flute filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of lemon thyme.
Serve.
