Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups 2% Milk or milk or choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 ounces of Ghirardelli's Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark Fudge Sauce
  • Whipping Cream
  • 1-2 tbsp Salted Caramel Sauce for top

Instructions

  • In a heavy medium saucepan, heat the milk until just simmering.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel, and vanilla to the saucepan. Whisk until smooth.
  • Return to low-medium heat, cook and stir until the desired temperature.
  • Remove from heat and pour into your favorite hot chocolate cup.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle with Salted Caramel Sauce.
  • *serving for 1
