Yogurt + Fruit Watermelon Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small watermelon
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 cup Siggi's Low-fat Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp acai powder
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp fresh blueberries
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries sliced thin
  • 4-5 chocolate macaroon bites

Instructions

  • Cut a small watermelon in half and remove the flesh inside (I ate it).
  • Drain any remaining liquid (I drank it).
  • Spoon in yogurt and add sliced bananas, fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries, slivered almonds, hemp hearts, acai powder, and chocolate macaroon bites.
  • Stand back and admire your handy work, then grab a spoon and dig in!
  • Or serve it to some lucky son of a gun!
