Ingredients

  • Pumpkin No-Bake Cheesecake Oatmeal Crisp
  • Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup can pumpkin
  • 1/2 granulated or superfine sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice flavor
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal Crisp Crumble
  • 2 Tablespoons Caramel Sauce
  • Directions:
  • Note: Make Oatmeal Crisp Crumble ahead of time and reserve for use later.

Instructions

  • Into the bowl of stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add cream cheese, and pumpkin beat until ingredients are well incorporated. Add sugar, pumpkin pie spice and continue mixing until the mixture is well-mixed. A little at a time, add the Cool Whip and gently fold into the mixture until it is fully mixed. Refrigerate for 3 hours until the mixture is set. Into the bottom of a serving glass, add a tablespoon of caramel sauce, ladle two (2) tablespoons of oatmeal crisp crumble into the glass, add 1/2 cup of no-bake cheesecake, top with more o
