Overnight Oats + Berry Yogurt

Author: This Worthey Life

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 pourable yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond/cashew milk
  • 3/4 tbsp raw sugar or preferred sweetener
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • banana slices
  • granola I used chocolate hazelnut granola
  • drizzled lavender honey
  • flax seeds
  • chia seeds
  • peanut butter or any nut butter for that matter

Instructions

Directions:

  • In individual small Mason jars add the following to each jar 1/2 cup pourable yogurt, 3/4 tablespoon raw sugar, and two tablespoons of almond or cashew milk. Stir the ingredients together then add the oats and mix a bit more.
  • Pro-tip: Make doubly sure all oats are submerged in the yogurt and almond milk mixture, leave no oats unsoaked.
  • Screw on a lid, or cover with some other means, like plastic wrap, foil. You want a tight fit, so the moisture doesn't escape.
  • In the morning, hopefully, 6, 7, or 8 hours later, remove the lid and dig in! Or may I suggest toppings? I used fresh raspberries, blueberries, and slices of banana. I also tossed on some chocolate hazelnut granola, flax and chia seeds, and drizzled this sucker with a line or two of honey. And done! Enjoy.
