Apple Cranberry Chia Seed Ja

Ingredients

  • Apple Cranberry Chia Seed Jam
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 2 cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine apple sauce, cranberries, maple syrup and cinnamon in a medium sized sauce pan and cook on medium heat. Stir everything well, and cook for 15-18 minutes, stirring frequently. As the berries burst, you might need to stir more often. After all the berries have burst, stir in your chia seeds and mix well. Remove from heat. Let jam cool for a minute or two. Spoon into jar or container and refrigerate. As it cools, jam will thicken. Lasts for 8-10 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
