Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
Spray the chicken wings with canola or another high smoke point cooking spray.
Into a small bowl, add the garam masala, ginger, turmeric, red pepper flake, and cinnamon.
Evenly cover the chicken wings with the seasoning, then turn the wings over and repeat with a spray of canola oil and the seasoning mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees
Arrange the chicken wings in the air fryer basket about a half-inch to one inch apart.
Place the chicken wings into the air fryer and close the lid or door.
Cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken wings.
Remove the chicken wings and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
