Air Fryer Indian Spiced Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings
  • spray canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger or 1 1/2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flake or Aleppo pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
  • Spray the chicken wings with canola or another high smoke point cooking spray.
  • Into a small bowl, add the garam masala, ginger, turmeric, red pepper flake, and cinnamon.
  • Evenly cover the chicken wings with the seasoning, then turn the wings over and repeat with a spray of canola oil and the seasoning mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees
  • Arrange the chicken wings in the air fryer basket about a half-inch to one inch apart.
  • Place the chicken wings into the air fryer and close the lid or door.
  • Cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken wings.
  • Remove the chicken wings and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
