Into a chilled mixing glass add chilled heavy cream, Crème de menthe, cream de cocoa, and St-Germain Elderflower liqueur.

Using a long-handled mixing spoon mix the ingredients thoroughly and divide into two glasses. Drizzle each with dark chocolate syrup.
