St. Germaine Grasshopper Cocktail
Our St. Germain Cocktail is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, except it's drinkable, mostly light green, and delicious.

- 2 ounces St-Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 2 ounces Crème de menthe
- 2 ounces Crème de Cacao
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- dark chocolate syrup
Add 2 ounces of St-Germain Elderflower liqueur, 2 ounces of Crème de Menthe, 2 ounces of Crème de Cacao, and 2 ounces of heavy cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled. Divide into two glasses using a long-handled mixing spoon.
Drizzle dark chocolate syrup inside the glass before pouring or on top for garnish.
Serve with a St. Patrick's Day stirrer (this is optional).
