Ingredients

  • 36 Oreos
  • 12 Ounces Vibrant Green Candy Melts
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • Large Red Heart Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a standard cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place the Oreos in the food processor and chop them until they're finely chopped with no large chunks.
Place the Oreos and cream cheese in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on the cookie sheet.
Place the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for about 3 minutes or until smooth and creamy with stirring. Pause every 30 seconds during the cooking process to stir or adjust the candy melts so they won't burn.
Add the coconut oil to the melted chocolate and stir well. If it still seems a little thick, add more coconut oil.
Place the chocolate in a small jar or cup and use the toothpicks to dip each ball in chocolate, completely coating them. Tap them gently on the edge of the cup to remove excess chocolate and place them back on the cookie sheet.
Chill for about 10 minutes or until hardened.
Place the remaining chocolate in a frosting bag and use a pair of scissors to cut a small tip off the end of the bag.
Once the balls have hardened, drizzle them with the chocolate and immediately place a red heart sprinkle on the top middle of each ball.
Chill for about 5 minutes or until hardened.
