Line a standard cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place the Oreos in the food processor and pulse until they're finely chopped, with no large chunks.
Place the Oreos and cream cheese in a large bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
Roll them into 1-inch balls and place them on the cookie sheet.
Place the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for about 3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy, stirring after each minute. Pause every 30 seconds during cooking to stir or adjust the candy melts so they don't burn.
Add the coconut oil to the melted chocolate and stir until well combined. If it still seems a little thick, add more coconut oil.
Place the chocolate in a small jar or cup, then use the toothpicks to dip each ball in the chocolate, completely coating them. Place the coated balls on a plate and refrigerate until set. Tap them gently on the edge of the cup to remove excess chocolate and place them back on the cookie sheet.
Chill for about 10 minutes or until hardened.
Place the remaining chocolate in a frosting bag and use scissors to cut a small tip off the end of the bag.
Once the balls have hardened, drizzle them with the chocolate and immediately place a red heart sprinkle on the top middle of each ball.
Chill for about 5 minutes or until hardened.
