Collard Coleslaw Recipe

- 1 package 9-ounce Shredded Cabbage & Red Cabbage w/Orange Carrot Mix *(we use a Trader Joe's mix)
- 2 cups chopped collard greens
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tbsps Champagne vinegar with citrus *we recommend the Brightland brand
- 3/4 tsp celery seed
- 1 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons superfine or granulated sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- pinch of freshly cracked black peppercorns
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 (9-ounce) bag of shredded cabbage & red cabbage with orange carrot mix, 2 cups of chopped collard greens, 1/3 cup chopped red onion, 2 tablespoons of Champagne vinegar with citrus, 3/4 teaspoon of celery seed, 1 3/4 cups of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of superfine or granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, and a pinch of freshly cracked black peppercorns.
Mix well.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
