Holiday Punch Mocktail with Festive Ice Ring
Just in time for the holidays, we have created our super refreshing Four Ingredient Holiday Punch Mocktail with a Festive Ice Ring.

Holiday Punch Mocktail ingredients:
- 1/2 gallon apple cider
- 1/2 gallon raspberry lemonade
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 16- ounces lemon-lime soda
- 1 orange cut into thin slices
- 1 persimmon cut into thin slices
- 1 lemon cut into thin slices
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2-3 fresh sprigs of fresh thyme sage, or rosemary
- 2 tbsp fresh juniper berries optional
Festive Ice Ring Ingredients:
- equal parts lemon-lime soda or ginger ale and cranberry juice (about 3-4 cups, depending on the size of your bundt pan)
- 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 persimmon cut into slices
- 1 orange cut into slices
- 1 lemon cut into slices
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsps fresh juniper berries optional
- fresh thyme optional
Holiday Punch Mocktail Directions:
Into a punch bowl, pour apple cider, raspberry lemonade, lemon juice, and lemon-lime soda.
Add the ice-ring, along with fresh orange, persimmon, lemon, cranberries, blueberries, and juniper berries.
Arrange fresh sprigs of fresh thyme, sage, or rosemary.
Serve chilled.
Directions for Festive Ice Ring:
Arrange an assortment of sliced oranges, persimmons, and lemons on the bottom of the bundt pan; add cranberries, blueberries, fresh sprigs of thyme, and, if using, juniper berries.
Add 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice. Next, add soda and cranberry juice in equal parts. Fill the bundt pan until the liquid is about an inch from the rim.
Freeze the ice ring overnight, then remove it. Run warm water over the bottom of the bundt mold. Place the ice ring into the punch bowl flat-side down.
