Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the cupcake pan with paper liners.
Combine flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl
Add sweet cream and sugar in mixing bowl.
Beat until light and creamy.
Continue to beat.
Add one egg at a time to the sugar and sweet cream mixture.
Add vanilla extract.
Alternatively add flour mixture and then milk.
Begin with flour mixture and end with flour mixture.
Divide prepared batter into 4 bowls.
Add 5 drops of food coloring in each bowl.
First bowl... add green food coloring.
Second bowl....add purple food coloring.
Third bowl.....add red food coloring.
Fourth bowl.... add yellow food coloring
Stir all 4 bowls one at a time to ensure correct level of color.
Starting with the green batter...add 1 spoonful to the bottom of the lined cupcake tin.
Add 1 spoonful of the purple batter on top of the green batter in the lined cupcake tin.
Add 1 spoonful of red batter on top of the purple batter in the lined cupcake tin.
Add 1 spoonful of yellow batter on top of the red batter in the lined cupcake tin.
Fill cupcakes 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Let sit in the cupcake pan to cool for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan allowing to completely cool.
