- Pour the Wilton candy melts into a microwave safe dish and heat for 30 seconds. Repeat until 
- until melted. Stir until smooth and allow to cool a few minutes before pouring into the mold. 
- Add a few pomegranate seeds to the bottom of each mold (see photo). 
- Scoop the melted chocolate on top and gently use the spoon to spread it into the heart shape (if 
- needed). I found with the larger heart mold I needed to use the spoon to evenly disperse the melted 
- Repeat until all the molds are filled. Place the mold into the fridge for about 30 minutes to 
- allow the chocolate to harden. Remove from the fridge and simply pop the chocolates out and store 
- covered in the fridge until ready to serve. 
- *Makes approximately (2) 6 ct Heart Molds (the larger red mold) and (1) 24 ct mini heart mold.
