Ever wondered what the elves in the North Pole drink? Well, we got it first hand from Mr. Elf On The Shelf himself. But he told me it is non-alcoholic because drinking and making toys is a Santa no-no. Find out what you will need down below. Cheers!

Apple Ginger Sour Mocktail with Rosemary

We have been talking to our favorite elf and boy is he a little chatter box! Who knew elves had so much to say? We talked about the north pole, got the inside scoop on all things Santa, and discovered a few secrets about that elf life. Elfie was such a good sport he even shared one of his favorite drink recipes with us. How cool is that? However said elves don’t know how to turn up?

Elfie informs us that most elves have a thing for apple cider and refuse to live without ginger. And herbs like thyme, sage, and rosemary are highly coveted items because they’re hard to come by in the north pole. So, we gathered up some of their fav flavors and made a very merry mocktail.

Did you know most elves are naturally happy and carefree? So, who needs booze when you are already high on life? Don’t get us wrong; there are the “bad elves” though, and they like a good strong cocktail from time to time. We even learned about a few of their favorite cocktails. But we’ll concentrate on the mocktails for now. Are you ready to make some delicious mocktails? Me too!

So stay tuned, we’ll be showcasing a new mocktail (and a cocktail or two) every week. So, if mocktails are your thing, you’ll have to thank Elfie for providing us with these deliciously yummy refreshments. Let the good times begin! Merry Christmas to all!
