Every so often I create something and it makes my head spin. I mean, I am sitting here right now and my head is doing a 360-degree rotation! Okay, maybe not, but I am telling you, this cocktail is lit! And it is so easy to make, almost too easy! Which in the wrong hands can make for a very challenging situation. Remember the old saying, “With great cocktails comes great responsibility!”

As a matter of fact, serve this cocktail at your own risk. No kidding. This one will get you in trouble, it may get those drinking with you in some deep do-do! This is absolutely a drink-at-your-own blissful risk. If you are having guests over for a cookout, make this cocktail. If you and girls are staying in and chilling out at the crib, make this cocktail. If you want to impress a guest, make this cocktail and serve it before, during, and perhaps even after dinner. This cocktail is a happy accident of sorts, well sort of. Last weekend I was thinking about a watermelon cocktail and I was trying to suss out the rest of what such a cocktail would or should taste like. And because summer is just around the corner lemonade sprung into the equation, and because watermelon is sorta pink, how about pink lemonade?

I don’t think anyone will get mad at you for serving this cocktail, but if you run out, well that might be a problem so make sure you have an adequate supply of the ingredients. Because once you combine the Smirnoff Watermelon flavored vodka with the Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade, mixed with a tablespoon of pink lemonade, add ice and stir vigorously until your arm is about ready to fall off and there you go. How to make Smirnoff Watermelon Vodka cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces Smirnoff Watermelon vodka
1 tablespoon pink lemonade mix
3 1/2 ounces Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade
1/2 cup Ice
Watermelon slices

Directions:

Into a cocktail mixing glass add the ice
Add Smirnoff Watermelon vodka, pink lemonade mix, and Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade.
Mix thoroughly with a long-handled bar spoon until the mix lemonade mix is dissolved.
Strain into a standard rocks glass filled with ice, garnish with fresh watermelon slices, and serve.
