For the Salmon
- 2 pounds of fresh skinless salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup local honey
- 1 tbsp low-sodium fish sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Cut the salmon into strips, then cut each strip into 1 to 1 1/2-inch cubes.
- Combine the low-sodium soy sauce, low-sodium fish sauce, honey, and toasted sesame oil in a bowl.
- Add the salmon cubes and allow the fish to marinate for fifteen minutes.
- Arrange the salmon chunks on the air fryer tray lined with organic or unbleached parchment paper.
- Air fry for five to seven (5-7) minutes.
- Remove and serve immediately.
Note: The number of cubes of salmon you can fit in your air fryer will depend on its size, taking into account the space available in your small kitchen appliance.

- 1 tbsp of honey or light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of ground ginger or 2 tbsp of freshly grated ginger
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
You will also need:
- a pinch or 2 of salt
- 1 tbsp of peanut oil or other high-smoke-point oil
- green onions for garnish
Directions:
- Fill a large stock pot with water and place it over high heat.
- Add a pinch or two of salt, and allow the water to boil.
- Cook the thin spaghetti following the package directions until the pasta is al dente.
