I’m always looking for new recipe ideas to take to my daughter’s early morning Bible study… these look simple and I like the shorter cook time compared to the larger breakfast casseroles. Who doesn’t love a recipe with tater tots?

    2. My husband would immediately go for these. A little protein and veggies in with breakfast. I’m such an egg wierdo, but I like the idea here!

    3. I love, LOVE stuff like this for breakfast. I am a big fan on things I can make ahead of time and take with me on the go!

I make these but omit the yolks and use egg whites and 1% milk add fresh chopped spinich and cheese with 2% milk fat and that makes for a healthy version. They are great to refrigerate and the kids can pop them in the microwave when they are in rush out the door.
