Can I Use The Instant Pot As A Double Boiler?

You can use your Instant Pot as a double boiler. Pour 2-3 cups of water into your Instant Pot. Place a safe glass bowl for the Instant Pot on top; you want the edges to catch so it doesn’t sink into the pan.

Turn the saute feature on and allow the bowl to get warm. As it warms, the chocolate will melt, and you can then transfer the chocolate onto the tray once fully melted.

This is a great way to melt chocolate if you do not want to microwave the chocolate.

how to store chocolate bark

Storing Easter Chocolate Bark

Allow your bark to fully set up, then store this Easter egg bark at room temperature in an airtight container.

If you want, you can also keep it in the refrigerator as well.

It will store for up to 1-2 weeks on the counter. Also, try out my marshmallow bark recipe!

You can also freeze the bark if you would like. Place in a container that is freezer friendly and freezes for 3-4 months. Then eat straight from the freezer or allow it to thaw a bit to soften up. It is a great dessert snack to nibble on.
