Need some inspiration on Valentine’s gift ideas for teen boys? I’m sharing several gift ideas for teen boys that would make a great Valentine’s Day gift idea!

Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas for Teen Boys

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and while everyone is super excited about receiving hearts and flowers, as a boy mom, I can tell you it’s a different love language in the Worthey house.

Being in a house full of boys and coming up with ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day without going overboard with the love stuff has always been a fun challenge.

When the boys were younger, they would create Valentine’s Cards and take them to school. Most of the time, we picked up store-bought cards because who has time to make that many handmade cards?

Now as teens, they still want to celebrate the day of love, but in a fun way.

For example, one of the twins plans to send a prank Valentine’s Day to another friend. Zayd’n is purchasing a few gifts to give to some of his (girl) friends.

So what do you get teens for Valentine’s Day?

Candy. Candy always works. If you’re stumped on what to buy your teen boys for Valentine’s Day, the easy idea is to give them one of Walmart’s candy bouquets.

Whether you’re a sweet or sour fan, they offer a variety of candy bouquets at an affordable prices.

Dancing stuffed animals. Okay, I was skeptical about the boys liking this one, but Zayd’n thought these were pretty cool, and he plans to give one to a friend.

Hawaiian Shaved Ice® machine.  This is a fun gift for your teen and a great family gift idea.

We love stopping by the gas station to get shaved ice cones, especially on hot summer days. But now, we can make our shaved ice snow cones at home with a Hawaiian Shaved Ice® machine.

They offer over 50 of the best snow cone syrups. And along with a high-quality (and affordable) snow cone machine, you will be set to go.

A snow cone machine is a fun gift idea for your kids and great for backyard parties, graduation events, kids’ sleepovers, movie nights, and more.

I’ve always been a consumer and fan of Hawaiian syrups. Not only because they have a variety of traditional and unique syrups, but they also come in various sizes, including pint, quart, and gallon.

You can also find daily deals on Hawaiian Shaved Ice products, so sign up for their Surf Club newsletter.

We received a HomePro Shaved Ice Machine and loved how we can get quality shaved ice right at home! Not only can you enjoy shaved ice, but snow cones and come up with frozen drinks for kids and adults.

It has a modern look to it, which I love, and it fits in perfectly with all of our modern small appliances. It also comes with a 5-ice mold to make the fluffiest snow possible and can be used for ice cubes too!

Emoji plushies are still popular with teens, and this Bluetooth Speaker emoji was a huge hit with our boys.

Walmart has various dancing stuffed animals, including this Flamingo that plays “24K Magic” and a Llama Love that plays “Going Down for Real.”

Go big, or go home with a giant, life-sized plush teddy bear! My boys passed on this one, but Zayd’n said his (girl) friends would love something like this.

Additional Valentine’s gift ideas for teens:

  • video game gift cards
  • movies
  • gift cards
  • If you are planning on buying cards, you can purchase Valentine’s Day cardmaking sets and kits, which would be great for younger kids.
  • gas cards (for older teens)
  • money
  • taking them out to dinner at their favorite restaurant

While we don’t make a big fuss about Valentine’s Day, getting a candy bouquet, dancing stuffed animal, or some of their favorite candy is a fun way to say I love you to my boys without going overboard.
