Halloween Treat: Monster Cookie Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 ⁄2 cup of butter softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 ⁄4 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 1 ⁄2 cups of quick-cooking oats
  • 1 ⁄2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of Halloween M&M's

Instructions

  •  In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter and mix until smooth and creamy.
    Slowly add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, flour, and vanilla.
    Next, add in the quick-cooking oats and mix well.
    Finally, add in the Halloween M&Ms.
    Serve with graham crackers or Nilla wafers.
  • If you like your cookie dip a little on the more spreadable side, do not refrigerate and serve immediately. If you prefer it to be thicker, place in the fridge for about 1 hour to firm up.
