Copycat Watermelon Mojito Smoothie

A refreshing watermelon, strawberry, lime juice, mint, and organic honey smoothie brimming with all of the joyful flavors of summer.

Ingredients

  • 9 strawberries sliced
  • 20 watermelon 1" x 1" chunks
  • 5 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons of organic honey optional
  • 1/4 cup chilled alkaline or filtered water

Instructions

  • Slice the strawberries and watermelon and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Freeze overnight
  • Add the frozen strawberry slices, watermelon chunks, mint leaves, one (1) lime juice, and organic honey into a food processor or blender.
  • Secure the lid and pulse until all of the ingredients are well combined.
  • Add the chilled alkaline or filtered water to the porthole of the food processor or blender until you get the consistency you like.
  • Spoon into glasses and serve with a straw.
