Mocktails are now having a moment, and we’re here for it. We’ve created a copycat mocktail from one of Disneyland’s restaurants, a blood orange drink idea- the Capri Holiday Mocktail.

It’s delicious and perfect for a non-alcoholic drink idea.

Americans are drinking less alcohol. It’s a fact. Why? Because you don’t have to get crunk to turn up, that’s why! Or maybe we’re having a moment where there’s a disassociation between having a good time and consuming alcohol; they’re mutually exclusive, after all. Who knew?

When life is on an upturn, it’s natural to want to celebrate, but mocktails are proof that you don’t have to consume alcohol to celebrate the good times.

Recently, while in Anaheim, California, Tatanisha had a delicious mocktail at Naples Ristorante e Bar and told me about an amazing mocktail she had and couldn’t wait to get back home and try to recreate.

So, here it is! The Capri Holiday Mocktail is a delicious and refreshing mix of orange juice, lemonade, and amaretto and blood orange syrup.

This mocktail is shaken, poured over ice, and served with a savory sprig of fresh rosemary. I was going to add a lemon slice but didn’t have any lemons, and I didn’t feel like going to the market.

Add lemon if you want to, but it’s good as is. Although she didn’t get the exact measurements of the ingredients, she did manage to get them.

So, we played around with different amounts of the ingredients, and this is the best one.
