Easy recipe For White Chocolate Bark

This green and white chocolate bark recipe is great to make for a St. Patrick’s Day treat. It’s also ideal for all the Spartan fans out there looking for a go green + go white type of treat to make to celebrate Spartan life. Grab this easy recipe for white chocolate bark found below.

White Chocolate Bark

Ingredients for White Chocolate Bark ­

  • 1 cup of Mint M&M’s
  • 1 ½ cup of broken pretzel pieces (I used small round pretzels, but a small stick would be good too.)
  • 1 lb. Wilton White Chocolate
  • Green & White St. Patty sprinkles.

Directions ­

  1. Line a 9×13 baking sheet with wax paper or foil.
  2. Spread ¾ cup of the Mint M&M’s and the broken pretzel pieces onto the lined cookie sheet.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe dish stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Let cool for 1­2 minutes.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the M&M and pretzel mixture. Spread out with a spatula if needed.
  5. Before the mixtures ‘sets’, sprinkle the remaining Mint M&M’s and the green and white sprinkles on top.
  6. Place cookie in the fridge to set.

Remove and break into smaller pieces. Enjoy! 🙂
