We created a Peter Rabbit Tablescape just in time for Easter!

This tablescape features a Peter Rabbit-themed table setting, along with Peter Rabbit-inspired food ideas.

Get the details below.

Peter Rabbit Tablescape

This Peter Rabbit tablescape is a fun idea for your Easter table this year. What I love about this idea is that it works for Easter and can be a birthday party or baby shower theme.

Peter Rabbit decorations are trending this year, and we’re jumping on this trend by sharing a fun setup with a Peter Rabbit theme.

Here’s how we put this Easter tablescape together.

The Peter Rabbit plates inspired this tablescape picked up from HomeGoods.

I also found the flower-shaped glassware at HomeGoods and figured it would be a fun addition to this table setting.

On a recent trip to Target, I spotted the blue cloth napkins and the Easter platter we used to create our Easter Charcuterie Board.

The decorative eggs with the Peter Rabbit egg holder also came from HomeGoods.

Centerpiece Idea:

For this Easter centerpiece, I used baby breaths and blue hydrangeas. A few weeks ago, I came across an idea on Instagram where this lady showed the process of dyeing baby breaths. I believe you can also find a variety of colored baby breaths at Trader Joe’s.

I used pink, blue, and green food coloring to dye several baby breath stems. The blue started turning within a few hours, and the pink and green colors needed 24 hours to change their perspective colors.

I added a few green stems, and I placed all the flowers into cream-colored vases laid on top of a blue cheesecloth table runner.

basket with fresh veggies

To keep with the Peter Rabbit theme, I added fresh heads of lettuce throughout the center of the table and a few tucked (along with radishes and carrots) into a natural rattan basket.

Small touches like this rabbit statue can help bring this Peter Rabbit theme to life.

Peter Rabbit Themed Menu

For our lunch menu, we wanted to feature Peter Rabbit-inspired foods such as carrots, lettuce, and broccoli.

We created two bunny boards, the first filled with fresh fruit in a bunny-shaped platter.

We used an Easter platter on the second board and filled it with fresh produce, meat, cheeses, and sweets.

We’re hosting an Easter lunch and serving croissant sandwiches with Kettle BBQ chips and pickles.

And for our drink, we created a spring blue mocktail, which is visually stunning and delicious.

For dessert, we have carrot cupcakes from Costco. You can find them at your local grocery store or use our carrot recipe to make them.

We also have this easy, no-bake blueberry dessert. We added a Biscoff cookie crumble on top to represent dirt.

A few tips on adding a little razzle-dazzle to your tablescape:

  • Add ribbons- they make everything look fancy.
  • Personalized place cards are a nice touch.
  • Elevate some of the food items (we place the carrot cupcakes on a cake stand) to give height and interest to your table.
