Pink Vodka Cocktail
All pink drink cocktails are not created equal. It’s true. Some are prettier than others but lack flavor. Others have the taste but not the good looks. We developed our pink vodka drink to have both visual appeal and a delicious depth of flavor. Mind you, don’t take my word for it. You’ll have to make it for yourself!
The Pink Drink you need for Valentine’s Day
Although this cocktail can be served year-round, it is especially suited for special occasions of a celebratory nature. Think anniversaries, engagements, weddings, and particularly Valentine’s Day!
What You Need To Make Our Pink Vodka Cocktail
Gin. Vodka. It’s a rare occasion when both gin and vodka are used in the same cocktail—just one more reason to serve this tantalizing cocktail on those few and far between special occasions. When you want to show your romantic side, serve this cordial cocktail. You will score high marks with this one!
Raspberry Syrup. Maraschino Liqueur. These two, when mixed, make a formidable combination. It’s like a hybrid flavor, a raspcherry, perhaps. If you can find both, then use one or the other, and it will still be a great pink cocktail.
Grapefruit Bitters. Here, I use grapefruit bitters to enhance the natural fruit juice’s grapefruit juice with a bright citrus flavor. If you don’t have grapefruit bitters, use citrus or orange bitters.
Fresh Lime & Grapefruit Juice. I love mixing fresh fruit juices into cocktails, and this pink gin recipe with an equal dram of vodka is a great medium for both. The lime and grapefruit juices help mellow the sweetness of the raspberry and maraschino liqueur.
Ice. Rose Petals. A Slice of Fresh Lime. Most cocktails employ ice as a medium to bring all of the various components of a cocktail together. In this cocktail, the ingredients are poured over ice then stirred vigorously with a long-handled bar spoon. Strained into a chilled serving vessel, then garnished with a thin slice of fresh lime and a single rose petal.

Want to make this a non-alcoholic mocktail?
Replace the gin with Monday Zero Alcohol Gin (Amazon affiliate link), and your good to go. Substitute the vodka with a non-alcoholic spirit like ArKay Alcohol-Free Vodka (Amazon affiliate link). Use the same quantities for the alcohol-free replacements for the respective gin and vodka; doing so will level up your mocktail game. You so got this!
